AI Connect Fair Use Policy

UCC Networks offers unlimited AI access as part of its service plans. However, this is subject to fair and reasonable use, meaning:

- Customers should use the AI Connect chatbot for its intended business or personal productivity purposes.
- Usage should not cause excessive strain on the platform, degrade service quality for others, or create an unfair burden on system resources.
- Automated, scripted, or non-human interactions that excessively consume resources are prohibited.

Abuse of AI Connect chatbot services includes, but is not limited to:

- High-Volume, Unreasonable Use: Excessive or continuous AI queries beyond what is typical for a reasonable user.
- Automated or Bot-Driven Use: Running AI requests through non-human automation tools beyond normal business usage.
- Reselling AI Access: Providing or reselling AI Connect chatbot services to third parties without authorization.
- Malicious or Prohibited Use: Using the AI Connect chatbot for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities (e.g., spamming, misinformation, harassment, fraud).

If a customer's use of AI Connect chatbot exceeds reasonable fair use limits:

- UCC Networks may issue a warning and recommend reducing usage.
- UCC Networks reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service for users who continue excessive use.
- Pricing Adjustments: If a customer’s usage significantly exceeds fair use limits, UCC Networks reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect actual consumption levels.

UCC Networks may modify this Fair Use Policy at any time to adapt to technological, business, or regulatory changes. Any such modifications will be posted here. Continued use of the AI Connect chatbot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using AI Connect services, you agree to abide by this Fair Use Policy. Failure to comply may result in service restrictions or additional charges.
