Text Connect Terms of Use

Customers must submit both a branding registration and a campaign registration. All associated fees are passed through to the customer.

-Branding Fee: $4 (one-time pass-through charge).

- Campaign Fees (monthly pass-through charges, based on campaign type):

- Low Volume Campaign: $1.50/month
- Sole Proprietor Campaign: $2.00/month- Charity Campaign: 
- Charity Campaign: $3.00/month- Emergency Campaign: 
- Emergency Campaign: $5.00/month- Agents & Franchises Campaign: 
- Agents & Franchises Campaign: $30.00/month
- All Other Campaigns: $10.00/month

Certain campaigns require additional vetting and appeals, with fees passed through to the customer:

- Political Vetting:

- $65 for email or standard PIN delivery
- $91.95 for express mail PIN delivery

- Appeal Fee: $10 per appeal

Customers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, including but not limited to:

Customers are responsible for maintaining compliance at all times. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including fines, blocking of messages, suspension, or termination of service. Any penalties incurred due to non-compliance will be passed through to the customer.

Violations of compliance rules may result in:

All fines and penalties imposed by TCR, FCC, or Carriers due to customer non-compliance will be passed through to the customer.

UCC Networks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Text Connect service at anytime for non-compliance, misuse, or other violations of these Terms.

UCC Networks reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted here, customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
